ID? Solingen Germany 100 hardwood with caplifter

I’ve seen a few of these but no clue on who made them, I think of these as bartender knives. Inox and rostfrei both refer to the stainless steel and Solingen Germany should mean the steel was made there and it was assembled there but thats not always the case. Solingen is one of those cities known for making fine cutlery. The lack of manufacturing stamps or markings is a puzzler, the others that I’ve seen were identical to this one. Good luck, hopefully one of the porch encyclopedias will chime in with knowledge.

This is all I’ve found so far. Seems to be the knife. But with solingen listed as the manufacturer. I kind of thought it was a region vs an actual manufacturer. 20DAB1DE-BD8A-490B-A286-68A4FBEDE6E3.jpeg
