ID this???...I can't....

OK,
I really would like some input please...
I am hoping pictures will show in thread,but may have to
click on link.....

I got this thru a Trade,and cannot figure out the makers initials...
It seems I have seen this knife several years ago somewhere....
I can't remember where....I'd like to ID it so I can advertise in
Trade section.....
It's well made,like a tank....I think the handles are made of brass?

I have it posted somewhere else,not getting any replies there....

Wow! That's kinda nice...quirky. I don't know who it is from but if I where you, I would keep it. Any idea where the trader got it from?

The initials look like J-P-J stamped vertically, I guess you could say. Other than that, I dont know.
