The bear head logo says it's a Shirogorov. There are Shiro fan's here who may give more (and better !) information.

It’s a Shirogorov 110. Looks like it is probably a custom division version with those titanium bolsters. It is a very expensive knife to put it lightly.

There are also fakes of this knife I have seen out there so watch out and avoid the fakes. If you see this knife for less than a thousand dollars it is a crappy fake.

Shirogorov 110B, pretty rare. Considerably over a grand if you want one.
