Looks like your standard Tekna type dive/skeleton knife.

are we looking at the same thing?

I see:

"tactical" folder
black scales
silver pivot
black paddle type tip down carry clip lcoated on the left side of the pivot
black coated blade

also - maybe grooves on the thumb ramp, either lines in the scale material or a frame lock relief

But I don't know who makes a clip like that...

and it looks sort of like a Benchmade auto with wear on the aluminum scales and the scale shape/silver pivot.

It could be a Benchmade AFO or similar.

Yikes, my mistake. I thought it was one of the old Tekna skeleton fixed blades, the holes in the clip I mistook for the handle.
