ID this WW1 knife ?

It does not appear to be a common military pattern, and could be a theater knife or a private purchase item. Identifying the source of this knife will be hard in the abscense of any manufacturers markings. I would suggest you try to approach it by researching the badge. Try finding some references on German WWI aviation badges.

on the badge it has the guys initals and personal or squadron number
