I just finished this up last night. An "Idaho trout fillet" blade from texas knife supply, finished with green canvas micarta scales, red vulcanized liners and mosaic pins. The scales are ultra smooth - polished to 2000 grit. The blade has a hand rubbed 800 grit finish. The sheath came from Texas Knife Supply, too, and has been fitted for the blade.
I made this as a surprise gift for a friend . . but I'm having second thoughts!! Heh. I think I need to make another one ASAP.
