Idea for sticky: list of banned members, reasons for banning

I'm always curious as to why someone was banned. Any reason not to make a list of members who were banned, and what their offences were? This might help people self-police.

Yup, always 12 of them each year.

It'd be nice to have a banlist that automatically updated. Unfortunately, that doesn't exist.
