Ideas for contests - Lets hear them.

I know there are some killer ideas out there. post em' up brothers and sisters.

woodsy related
- shelter building
- primitive fire making, bow dril set, hand drill
- teaching wives or kids to use knives correctly, pics of wives in bikinis would be mandatory.

Non woodsy
- maybe getting pics of your sog knife in strange or creative places, possibly something SOG can use in their catalog.

I don't know, ideas, I'm not good at this stuff.
 
How about preparing dinner with your SOG knife?
How about pictures of your SOG beaters? I see lots of pics of safe queens...
How about a carving a spoon or whittling contest?

I'll keep thinking...
 
Maybe a how to contest. The best way to sharpen a knife. The fastest way to sharpen. Bushcraft sharpening without using man made stones. Also a contest for just folders or just fixed blades. A fast draw contest?

or along the same lines

Pics of your sog being used in your outdoor activities. Filleting fish, building a shelter, skinning, spoon making, what ever. We all do different things with our Sogs. It would be a contest that I think would get many more entries and it would have lots of Sogs doing lots of different work, in lots of different places. :cool: State what Sog you were using for what and why. Chris can pick the pic he likes best.
 
I like this idea a lot. I may run with it later. I have an idea I want to try first. Look for an announcement later this week.
