I think it's about time I bought a PM2 to see what all the fuss is about. However, I personally find it a little boring from an aesthetic point of view. Has anyone done anything, either DIY or aftermarket, to make their PM2 a little personalized or customized? I'm thinking either custom scales or a custom backspacer or maybe sanding the existing scales...

Any ideas, examples or places to get custom scales/spacers would be really appreciated!

I never liked the way the PM2 felt - and I knew it was due to the scales - so I swapped them out for hard anodized aluminum, with a deep carry clip

Feels like an entirely different knife, to me; and these scales finally got a PM2 into my pocket.

Before anybody comments - I LIKE G10...I just don't care for Spyderco scales. (It's a common theme on just about every Spyderco I've ever bought and not carried)

I just got this one in ghost jade g10. It still locks in your hand like a regular. Love it. Love that alum handled one^ too!

Hmm...thanks for the ideas!

Might actually go with the digi cam. It doesn't strike me as being overly military-ish or tactical and I love that translucent kind of thing. I'm awful at making decisions!

i seen somewhere once ,someone selling colored Ti standoffs and scale screws,,check the bidding site
