Identification help

I'm trying to find out the use for this blade I have been scouring for months....I want to refinish and use it maye but I want to know how to treat it....I know it's carbon but what is its intended use?

looks similar to vegetable harvesting/trimming knives. blade dimensions would help.

10 inches long...2 inches wide at its largest section of blade....does that help

Just looked up harvesting knives...yep looks like a broccoli knife
