I found this Rich abr herder solingen Germany pocket knife in my grandpa's stuff and was wondering the exact model? I know barley anything about knives but I'd assume the bolster would mean it's decently old. Any help appreciated! I have a ton more to go through and let's hope I find something good.

Sailors knife, made sometime in the first half of the twentieth century. Herder still makes (or did until recently) something quite similar, the Ankermesser.

Insane how you're able to identify that, any idea where I could find even more info? Like the exact model through some old catalog or something you might know of? Can't seem to find it by a simple search, the loop is throwing me off abit aswell, any idea on that?
