Identification of Joined FB Marking

I posted this on Bernard Levine's subforum as well. Anyone recognize this marking? It looks like a joined "FB" to me and I'd guess the knife was probably made in the 1970's or 1980's.

1999: Frank Besedick, Ruffsdale, PA? (Mark: Name or initials)

Thanks Coop! I checked the Knives Annuals from 1981 through 2008 and unless I missed something I came up empty. I'll look into the Frank Besedick a bit more.
