Never heard of an SRK Master Hunter and came across this on ebay. Thought it was strange and couldn't find ANY info on it. Thoughts?

Found 3 different listings, one with a green handle. Might buy it as a misprinted box if the knives themselves actually looked like Master Hunters, but they look like SRK-C's.

ya could read that in the posted pic or went to ebay and looked at the pics? I can't see squat on the knife. its all blurry. I also didn't go to ebay to look at it.

I guess you'd have to know it was a fake to understand that joke if that's the case which would defeat the purpose of asking my question but makes sense.

Ive been out of the blade game for a while and the amount of new models CS has released is overwhelming.

true and they aren't putting all their new versions on their website anymore and no catalog. which makes it even more confusing.....
 
I say fake, all the way around.

In the two pics below the boxes show a picture of a SRK-C, that only says "SRK", and the box says "3V MASTER HUNTER". Same as the one in the OP's ebay listing.

Same screwy box for all three.

This first pic I took from Reddit. Guy said he bought if from Aliexpress for $20.

No. I went to eBay and the the first one that came up I could see the marking.
 
Definitely a fake.
Even the thong hole with the insert is wrong. CS countersinks/nests the edges of the thong hole liner with the handle. This one is standing proud and sticks out too far.
China knock-off...
