Identify axe head German pattern with a marking of “T”

So I picked up this a shade at the flea market this morning. It is a German patterned head similar to offerings by Seceral of the big German axemakers. It looks to have been painted black by a previous owner.

T 3 1/2

The T is in a 6 sided box.
