I cannot figure out the maker of this hatchet, I see "_LOOD STONNY" and I also see in the middle what looks to be a clover and "N_". Anyone have any ideas?

AA&TCo's era Isaiah Blood and the name of the town is Ballston, NYI cannot figure out the maker of this hatchet, I see "_LOOD STONNY" and I also see in the middle what looks to be a clover and "N_". Anyone have any ideas?
