identify makers mark on custom knife

I have an old knife with the initials S W inside a heart with an arrow piercing it diagonally. Can any one identify the maker please
I have been all over the internet and have come up with zilch.

I looked through the Knives Annual 2002 edition for ANY maker with last name 'W' and first 'S' and only found one. Not your man.
