I got this knife for $20 it's my first pocket clip folder. I carry it every day and abuse the hell out of it.

I am loving it more by the minute. The blade profile is incredibly useful and robust. It pries, cuts, pokes...

I want get another one, please try ID it. That's a PM III for size comparison.

Sorry I didn't clean them, been out in the boonies.

No picture. Downloader imgur its free. Select photo from camera button in the middle. Move to private. Click upload. When it's done in a few seconds press view. Hold thump on pic. Click copy url. Go back to BForums. Click the little pic with the mountain and sun. Paste url in.... then we will be able to help you.

It looks like a knock off Gerber remix

Never heard of that knife as I am not a Gerber fan, looked it up and I think you nailed it...very similar looking.

I feel very secure using this knife as I am not a folder fan, I understand why I got such a secure feeling now. The big ring thing makes the blade more secure. The trade off is it will never be easy to open.

I think this is a great design and will probs go out and by the remix now.

Thanks for your answer.

its probably a prc made folder with an
infringed microtech graphic.
thus any prc knife marked like so
are marketed as being an "eagle claw"
brand product :)
as to the particular pictured knife in
question, its either a rip-off or a franken
clone of some sort. in this case we are all
familiar with the gerber model which was probably a ganzo made product to begin with...

Thanks now I have some original options to get that design in.

I highly recommend folks try this design for edc. It seems to be under rated and over looked, probs because it's hard to open.

On the Gerber version the ring is the lock.

The Gerber Remix had two lock forms...
In it's early production it used a spring pressured slider lock like on the Chameleon Series.A lower end version of the Bolt Action Lock. Then it went to a liner lock design a few years later. The ring is for sticking your index finger through...the design was for focused cutting.
