Photos Identify Solingen Blade

Hi, guys. I have a knife here, that I'm trying to identify. I've looked around the interwebs for awhile, and didn't find any clues.

I suspect it was probably made in the 1960's, but I'd like to know for sure, if possible.

It's a faux stag handle, stacked on either end with two thick black and one this white washers. It has a small brass finger guard the same thickness as the white washers, and an aluminum pommel.

It has a stamp that resembles a pickaxe and mountain on the left side and on the right side it says PIC
Solingen
Germany

Knife was imported by PIC / Precise International Co of Suffern, NY. Started 1953/54, and closed early - mid 2000's. They were early importers of Aitor, Gamo, and was a huge distributor for Wenger Swiss Army till they were bought out by Victorinox. Knife might've been made by Linder for them.

We need a picture to tell you more.
