Might not be anything name brand, with exception of changing from thumb stud to a thumb hole, looks almost exactly like the $3 ones from hardware store that I ahve sitting at home(I don't BUY knockoffs to use, was for learning to serrate blades and to practice free hand sharpening)
 
I have the same knife although the pommel or butt of the knife is shaped differently on mine. I got it off ebay for probably five bucks. The blade is marked MAXAM, which is a chinese knife. Its not a bad knife though, heavy, smooth action, burly lock, real wood.
Not bad at all for five bucks.
