Identify the year of this buck for me?

I may sound stupid but I'm looking at a buck solo right now. I'm looking at the stamp where it says buck and after it it has a T with the bottom pointing to the right. According to the buck website this is the opposite of the 2006 stamp and i cannot find a T with the bottom pointing right, what is this?
 
For offshore Buck knives for 2005 the T is laying on its left side.
USA made Buck knives for 2005 had the stamp of the outline of Idaho. For 2006 the T is laying on its right side.

Your solo is made in China
 
ok. But what is the blade steel? Back in 2005 I think CJ Buck said it was 440C now apparently they've downgraded to 420HC
