Identify this hatchet!!!!!

I picked up this really nice custom hatchet at the gun show Saturday. It has no markings so I have no idea who made this hatchet. It came with a custom scabbard made by DeSantis who makes very nice carry holsters for pistols. Anyways the head is shaped very much like an Ulu skinner & I think it would do nicely as a game hatchet. Any info on this is appreciated, here's some pics. Thanks.

440C head, laminated handle. I like my Gransfors Mini much better, but I think it might work okay for skinning tasks. (Not that I know anything about that)

Thanks for the info. I bought a Wetterlings on Saturday as well, to handle chopping tasks.........not so sure about using the Firestone for chopping since it is made from investment cast steel.
