Can anyone identify the knife that is next to the Model 186 (Titanium folder)

in this photo? It looks like a Model 119 with a molded handle. Thanks.

I don't know the model number, but it's like a 639 handle with a 119 blade

Here's a recent thread on the 619. So far as I know, it is basically a 119 with the molded handle (kraton?).
