Identify this Maker's mark ??

let's try this again....

A friend in Colorado found this sweet little hunter recently, and asked me to try to identify the maker. First pic is the maker's mark , second is the knife. This is not a "sea story", as we Navy types like to say, it's really a wonderful piece. More than likely an "unknown maker", but thought I'd give it a try. Thanks in advance.
