Identify this Neck Knife?

Since I found the forum last week, I've been digging out all the old knives around my house and garage. I found this one that was distributed around the squadron ~10 years ago. The only marking is FS, but google just shows a few pages of "For Sale" threads when I do a search.

Anyone know what it is?
