Identify vintage "Sabatier" & carving fork

I recently inherited my father's knife roll, he was the Chief Steward on Air Force One from Eisenhower to Nixon.

I'm trying to identify either the Sabatier style knife and/or carving fork

Any help would be appreciated.

No help with the identification, I'm afraid, but they're both beautiful pieces. Especially the fork; nice, clean lines.

The remainder of the roll were primarily Chicago Cutlery with the exception of a very long bread knife etched Harold Leonard & Co.

That's interesting. I didn't realize that Chicago Cutlery had a high-end line for professionals.
