identifying a custom knife

Hi, I have two beautiful customs from south florida. the first one is a tanto with about a 12" blade and the second one is a smaller fighter. they both have stag and brass handles. the only markings on these are the initials G.L. '86 and the serial #1 on the tanto and 05 ont he fighter. These are engraved with an engraving pencil, not stamped. the sheaths are made from snakeskin. any help identifying the maker would be grately appreciated.
