Identifying a knife Benchmade Emerson CQC7

Benchmade Emerson design CQC7 and I can't ID this knife! It doesn't have the Benchmade or Emerson logo on it, it only has the Heckler and Koch logo, HK, and a slogan on one side of the blade and the clip, and a picture of the HK USP pistol on the other flat ground side. Here is a link of what it looks like, any help is appreciated. :confused:

Seems a little odd that a knife is up for sale and now the seller is looking to ID it.

Sales information was removed since it is not applicable to the ID of the knife. ;)

That was the last run of factory 7's at Benchmade.
The knives were made for and sold through HK distributors.

There's no Emerson or BM markings on the knife for a reason...the only markings for either Emerson or BM are on the Box.

It's an interesting piece for Emerson, Benchmade, and HK collectors...good luck with the sale.
