Hello again, first I want to thank all who have helped me to identify some of the knives that I've purchased. You have been great!

I have another. It looks maybe to be Brazilian but I just don't know. It's very well built and has been used. It's just over 12" with an 8" blade. It is well-built with beautiful engraving work on the handle. The sheath also has an old-style beauty to it and looks vintage, maybe the 40s?

Higher end Mexican Bowie knife. These show up on Ebay and with dealers occasionally. Usually they're unmarked, but every once and a while they'll have a little "Mex" stamp hidden on the handle somewhere. I've also seen a couple that used Marble's Ideal blades, so my best guess is first half of the 20th century.

Thanks for that. I have to say, this knife is high-end. Solid, nice feel in the hand, and the handle is done with beautiful precision. Just no maker's mark.
