Great series, the knife had me curious:

My first thought was Bark River because of the scales, but I'm just guessing.

Are you referring to the knife below (S01E09)? If you are, it's not an OTF, it's a side-opening assisted knife. Looks like a Smith & Wesson SWMP4LS M&P MAGIC Assisted. It also looks like they modified it's appearance, giving the handle a two-tone finish, and removing or coloring-out the brand logos.
