How much do you want to "clean it up"? I'd start with some warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly with a blow dryer. If you want to remove the patina on the blades, you can use some metal polish (Flitz, Simichrome, etc.). It's high-carbon steel, so make sure you put a light coat of oil on the blades afterwards.
