Today is Pi Day, tomorrow is the Ides of March (and my birthday), Sunday is the Lithuanian Day of Book Smugglers, Monday is St. Patrick's Day. Whew!

So here's a small giveaway to celebrate all that (or whichever part of it interests you). These have all been used and sharpened and used again...these are not safe queens. But there's still a lot of use in them yet, just not for me - it's time to pass these on.

  • Cold Steel Recon Tanto - with a sheath, a trainer, and a small chip in the blade from cutting all the way through a pumpkin and into the stand
  • Cold Steel Spike with neck sheath
  • Böker Barlow Schloss Burg #476 of 133 - don't have the box but I do have the drawstring pouch and the Certificate of Authenticity
  • Case Sodbuster Jr. in Amber Jigged Bone
  • Case Large Trapper in Amber Jigged Bone
  • Klein TL-29 (USA made - I believe these were made by Utica)

Eligibility limited to paying members with at least 50 posts on the Porch, in the continental US (sorry, shipping beyond that will probably be more than these are worth). To enter, please say "I'm in" and post a picture of a traditional knife. I'll draw a winner on Tuesday, 3/18, and ship Thursday or Friday next week (either 3/20 or 3/21).
