I was taking a look at the IDF Assault bag that Cheaper than Dirt is selling. In their shooting times ad, they have them on sale for 15.99, a couple bucks off anyways.
I was thinking about ordering one. They seem to get good reviews as being heavy duty, quality bags. They also sound decent sized, and the fact that they could be back carried might make them decent trunk bags.
I was wondering what the main compartment dimensions are. On the CTD reviews, one user wrote:

It will fit my AR (in 2 pieces) and has a big putside pocket perfect for mags.
That provides a semi decent reference point, but with 10 inch SBRs to 24 inch Varmint rifles floating around, we're well beyond the day of 20" or, if you need a shorty, 14.5 or 16 inches?
Anybody have any experiences with this bag?
On the CTD site, its item LEG-131
