I don't know if it has already been addressed, but when I access the site using IE9 the site hangs. Eventually IE9 brings up a box saying "Site not responding because of a long running script" with a button to select to "stop script." I can do that and the site is fine until I go to another page at which point the same thing happens all over again.

Thought I would mention it.

Somewhere in the ridiculously insane long and overly abusive list of web browsing option for IE there is an option let web sites run third party javascript or some such nonsense. Can't say for sure what it's called cause I don't use IE at all.

Franky I would dump IE for Chrome or Firefox.

But if you must subject yourself to IE, try these links for a solution

I started having the same problem yesterday one one machine.
I've always used IE (I have the latest version whatever that is),
but not having the time or patience to troubleshoot this most annoying issue,
I just jettisoned it and installed google chrome.
This site is flying now, faster than evah.

I usually use Chrome (lately; and Firefox before that). On the occasion that I've tried IE10, I haven't seen the issue described in the OP. Might be worth upgrading to IE10, at least. Before upgrading to IE10, there were other glitchy issues with IE9, and IE8 was horrible. There are still other 'features' with IE10 that annoy me, but at least it seems functional. My preference is Chrome now.
