I got the IE5 recently and must say it's not an improvement. With the old version 4 it was possible to put shortcuts to favorite sites on the taskbar and execute them from there. This is still possible, but when you have several IE's open you never know which one will open the specific site.
Example: I have two IE's open with different pages. Then I want one of them to show me bladeforums but the other one should stay as it is. In the old IE4 you could make the one you wanted to change active and then click on the icon for the new site on the toolbar. The new IE5 on the other hand circles through all open programs, meaning there is no way to tell it in which specific browser the new content will appear. Sometimes it even opens a new one when it's through with the active ones.
Question now: is there a cure for that nuisance?
