Prompted by the thread about if someone asks to hold your knife. If someone you know was a fellow forumite asks to borrow your knife would you let them. For me it would depend on the forumite. There are some people on here I wouldn't let use a butterknife. Some I would let use any knife I own. What about you?

It depends on the person and what they want to do with my knife. I did recenlty let another fellow on BF borrow one of my folders. No problems. The knife is just fine.

Rich, I'd like to borrow your Sebenza. I've got a few regular screws that need to be put into my concrete foundation.

Thanks, in advance, for your cooperation. It is appreciated :D

What's a forumite doing without a knife? That's what I'd want to know.;)

That's what I was thinking.

But yeah, I'd trust most people here with my knife.

I would not ask to borrow a knife!! I might ask to hold it if I was planning on purchasing in order to see how it fits me/feels but other then that, no!

Let me borrow your frame-lock converted Military; I'll get it back to you by the second Tuesday of next week!

Depends on who it is. I would never lend a knife to anyone with "Ninja" or "Sniper" in their names.

What a relief! I thought someone was going to ask to borrow a Mnandi to open the lids on some old paint cans. :)

I'd probably let most people look at my knife, but I would ask them what they wanted to use it for.

Then again, why would a BF member need to borrow a knife? He should have at least 1 or 2 on him already....

If he didn't have a knife I would make sure he wasn't a member of the ax and knife throwing forum and probably let him borrow one.

I was mostly thinking of the times I have needed one but I just got out of school so I did'nt have one on me. I was thinking that they might be coming from somewhere that did'nt allow knives and might need to borrow one. Thanks

A knifeless forumite??
Kick him and set him on fire. He is obviously dangerously deranged to be without a blade.
