If any of you use paracord to put your 11/14/24 sheath on your belt, how?

I'm trying to figure out a way where I can wear it horizontal or vertical on either side. Anyone use cord to do that?

Carefully.
I did take the core of the cord out. Just worked on making that x shape.

What I did was take the core out of the paracord, so that it lays flat, and then fed it through the top right hole, and tied a large-ish "anchor" knot. Then fed it through the hole opposite of the anchor (bottom left), then from behind passed it to the bottom right hole, then crossed to the top left, then went behind again to the top right where the anchor knot was. Repeated this process 3 times and finished with an anchor knot in the top left.

I like the idea of taking the guts out. I'll have to try that.

Since I only carry this horizontally on the left side or vertically on the right, I only intended to have paracord on the sides intended for this purpose. Problem is, I cannot tell you how I did it, just that I did not do it on the first try. Keep in mind I did not gut the cord but to have it either way on either side, you will need to remove the inner strings. Hope this helps

I didn't think the paracord method would be very secure before I did mine. I figured it would be loose on the belt but it's actually pretty tight.
