Recently I sent my knives in for some work and I wanted to post some thoughts on my experience. Not my first and surely not my last.

Jerry has assembled a great team. I have not met them but anytime I have sent in (or ordered) my Busse's and talked with anyone (especially Amy), I have been treated like an old friend and they take care of you like family. I sent in some blades to have some stuff done, and they were returned in much, much better condition than when I sent them in.

So I say again, if any newcomers are thinking of buying a Busse, Do It!
