Okay.... maybe this is a crazy question, but.....
Heck, let's have some fun.....
Maybe... The Two Week god.... (god of unexpected and very long delays)
The god of really, really, strong steel!
The god of fermentation and swine consumption!
Which would he be?
(note this is strictly hypothetical not meant to offend anyone of any religion.)

I'll vote for one of Walking Hog's suggestions:
God of 2 Weeks = Chronos
Greek gods really confuse me so I'l just say he has something to do with time. Endless time.
