Well, I've been waiting by the docks for some time now and its not in site yet (maybe its because I live in New Mexico). But if does manage to find its way up the Rio Grande I would like to purchase an upscale bushcraft knife. I have been admiring the Jacklore Classic but unfortunately they have a long waiting time, if you can even get on the list. Would appreciate any help in finding an equivalent knife or support in waiting if its the thing to do. The Jacklore is 01 and a beautiful knife. I've also noticed alot of people praise the Ray Mears knives. What else should I look at, or once again should I wait for my name to get on the Jacklore list. Appreciate any help.

Well. The knife looks nice. That said, I couldn't find a price and it sounds like there is no way to get one.....so....perhaps look elsewhere. If you must have a custom. Look for another maker or look for stuff that comes up on the exchange. For me, the kind of money that would be needed to acquire what you want would not be worth it, nor would the time it will take. If it is worth it to you then keep at it. You could get something similar from BRKT or BHK/ LT Wright for most likely much less and you could get it now and you could most likely get it in 3v (at least from BRKT). That is what I would do.
