So I have this idea to make a big game claning kit as a 3 knife set to sell as a package, all 3 knives in one pouch so to speak. But, what type of knife would you put in it? I already have the caping and skinner figured out, but what about the third? A meat slicer type, maybe 6 1/2" fairly thick blade, or a 6 1/2" deboner, thinner almost small fillet type blade? Opinions?
