I was going through the old picture files on the PC and came across this picture..:grumpy:

I bought this a few years ago from a cutlery wholesaler that I have an account with. Loved everything about except the assmetrical grind...so I sold it on ebay. I don't think I made a whole lot of money on it. Back then i did not fully appreciate the value of Busse knives....sigh...



Oh well, I have my new INFI to have and to hold...and chop and slice , etc...so I'll be just fine.
