What would be your first order?

With my first sprint run coming this week it got me thinking more about custom spydercos

Now I'm talking full on custom not just steel and scales.

Mine would be a blacked out frame lock full flat ground S90V native:)

Now i know that's never going to happen but I dream this mess up In my head and figured It would be interesting to see what some have come up with in the ol imagination with combining favorite models to make a dream spyderco.

I like this. Mine would be a flat ground Manix 2 in M390 with dark green G10. Compression lock instead of ball bearing lock, and maybe a flipper on it (not sure if this would work with a comp lock but a guy can dream).

Spyderco Gayle Bradley with G-10 and M390 and Caly 3 G-10 with M390 steel as well. Two best Spyderco knives ever :) .

Larger Techno with a 3.5" blade and Ansø textured carbon fiber on the non locking side. Vanadis 4 extra at RC66 should be a fine blade steel. Convex and thin :D

Tip up low riding ti clip, right hand.

Large lightweight PPT with titanium framelock and an orange or CF Ansø textured non locking side. Thiel already makes this, but there are wait times and it costs about $700...

A lefty bronze anodized techno with deep acid-washed blade and hardware. Good idea for a thread:thumbup:

Bolstered C83 Schempp Persian, FFG Odin's Eye Damasteel blade with the Spyderhole blown out to 14mm, no Boye dent in the lockbar, ivory scales, and no provision for clip mounting.

I would love a southard with a 3" blade length rounded titanium lock side and a rounded lscf front scale. Also with a machined titanium clip.

I like the idea of a ffg Manix2 with m390 or s90v steel and g10 scales. No increased expense for carbon fiber. Dark green g10 would be attractive.

Paramilitary 2 in S110V with black micarta scales.
Paramilitary 2 in DLC-coated M4 with gunmetal-grey colored titanium scales, using either a compression or RIL lock option.
Gayle Bradley in stonewashed CTS-204P with dark navy blue micarta scale.

That is a really cool idea. I like the bearing lock, but switching to the comp lock would have some advantages. Throw it some skeletonized liners and a bit more curve to the blade and I'd be in for one of those.

How about a Ti frame/compression lock Para 2 (like the Ti Salsa). Blade steel is up to you.

Air - lefty with pocket clip
Pingo - pink corrugated G-10 scales
Zulu - lefty
Domino - no middle finger choil
Sage 3 - same as above
