Couldn't find an email address for a procedure question so posting here.

I tried to PM someone and received this error message >>>> "You have reached the limit (500) for conversation messages."

How do I delete some of these so I can PM again?

And is there a way to "save" my old PMs (even if its just copy and paste into a folder on my personal desktop computer) because I have information in them that I'd like to keep.

Need to "leave conversation". And with the new update, can apparently export conversations to save them, but I have not tried that yet.

Thank you jlauffer. Much appreciated. I've been playing around and discovered how to do that. Also tried the "export" option. Seems to be working well. I have a lot of old info in there that I didn't want to lose.

Not that it matters - I'm pretty sure the option of exporting conversations had been there since the switch to XenForo (I don't remember if it was available in the vBulletin days)

It was. Except VB tracked it by individual posts, instead of entire conversations.

Much nicer now that its tracked by the entire conversation. But some of mine were so old they were still posted individually.
