How do you catch the lil buggers? Traps?

The ones in the rivers around here flee once you get anywhere near the water. :rolleyes:

We have never gotten that far into the conversation, but I believe they are trapped like the shrimpin' boats do.

Someone around here will know more about that than I.

IIRC, she was the half-asian 19 YOA lady with the long, dark hair. Oh, yea. She also loves crawlfish. :D

i think it's closer to a lobster or crab trap... They're normally harvested out of crawfish "farms" --- overflowed rice fields, etc... :thumbup:

When done right (and most people over there know how to do 'em right), they are incredible! :D
