If you have an active paid subscription, check your email for your paypal receipt and reply to it so I can see that you have control over that email address. I will reset your password and get you taken care of. If you no longer have access to the email address in your profile, your receipt will count as proof of ownership and I will change your email address to one of your choosing.

If you do not have an active paid membership, you will have to email from the email address that is tied to that profile. I will get you taken care of.

I’m not sure what email address I need to send a reset email to. My account is locked but I have no paid membership. Thanks.
 
Well we can't send emails to accounts other than what's on the profile in question unless you have a paid subscription to verify ownership of the account. So if you are locked out of your account I can send you an email manually to the email address to that profile but I cannot just change it's email to something else willy nilly

Sorry, perhaps I wasn’t clear in what I was saying:

This is what was stated in the original post. You say I will have to email from the email address that is tied to that profile, but I’m not sure what email address I should be putting in the to line of the email I’m sending from that address.

(Disclaimer: I was a kid when I made the email and didn’t know 69 was a thing, yahoo gave it to me as an alternative choice to the number 9, I swear!)

Huh. Weird. When I entered that email for the “forgot password” bit it said that it sent me a recovery email and I have messages to that email from my primary profile. The profile is Murdamook.
 
Work is being done right now to try to get the email issues resolved, so you may or may not get those emails.
