It's a bit lengthy and technical, but it is also full of valuable information. It explains what exactly is going on when sharpening. It should help people understand the whole process better and hopefully get better, sharper knives.

Steve, I can't imagine you needing to strive for a sharper blade. The two blades I bought from you are my sharpest. (And that Khadka is quickly becoming my favorite.)
