If you could build a grinder? Help with ideas please

Hey Everyone. I have the opportunity to learn blacksmithing from a local knife maker. He does some really nice work. I have never forged a blade before and I am very excited to learn

Right now I have nothing setup in my garage/shop except for some hand tools and stuff. I want to build a belt grinder. Looking for suggestions on which one would be best? I have access to a CNC laser shop to cut all my parts for me which is a big bonus . Any thoughts?

Yep I found it. A good grinder to build? There are soooo many out there.
