If you could change just one thing about a particular knife to "transform" it into a favorite EDC what is the knife and what change would it be???

EXAMPLE:
*Camillus 154cm EDC
*TIP UP!!!

Constructive suggestions please!
 
I love the BM 735, but I would like to see it with titanium liners instead of 410 stainless. More color options would be nice too. My choice would be Blue. Wishfull thinking.
 
A steel lined, AFCK with the REAL Spyderhole in M2 tool steel with a BC1 coat in an AXIS lock!

Woo Hoo if that woulden't be the best knife under $150!

How about a less bulky LCC D/A. The current LCC is too blocky to be comfortable.
 
I'd like a 3/4 size REKAT Pioneer II for true EDC. Other changes to the standard model would be sexier looking scales such as different colored micartas, CF, mebbe cocobolo.

I will go along with Kutch 133 and say that I would like to see BG-42 or some other very high grade steel in the LCC.
 
I woul like to see Case put out a nice, traditionally styled folder in a decent steel. Since I like carbon steels, 52100 or A-2 would be nice. But I would be happy with plain old 1095. Anything beats what they are using now. I don't own a Case because of the lack of quality in their steel. I really like traditional slipjoint folders, but most of the ones with really nice fit and finish don't have steel that suits me.
 
I second the General. AFCK with Axis Lock! I'm still waiting for it. Does anybody know if BM has any plans in that direction?

Neat idea!

I'd change the liners/scale back to the thicker version on EKI (Emerson) knive's, just for the awesome feel.
And that it'd be possible to order custom knives again, and with a 2 week delivery time

I like the look of the AFCK, though I've not held it yet. Would probably be good, as the others have mentioned, with real round Spydie-type hole, Axis lock, M-2 steel,.... and a Emerson Wave.

Actually, would like to have the Emerson La Griffe in Talonite and 2.5" blade instead of 1.5"
 
I would like to see the Strider/Buck in a tip down carry. Once, I was running and had my Strider clipped strongside on my belt. When I stopped, I realized that the knife had opened.

But what they should really do is make it automatic

I would like to see a Case tactical made with BG-42 blade, G-10 scales, and axis lock. But thats a file that in never!

As for my knife to change one thing. Hmmm...it would have to be one of my cheapest ones, adding micarta scales to my CRKT MDP stiff KISS. I really like this little knife.
 
Gollnick, I don't know if you knew this but the BM Pardue 720 Axis is tip-down (with the option of tip up)! It's the only Axis lock I've seen that comes tip down standard. It's a great knife!

I'd change the Spyderco Dragonfly from a plastic integral clip to a steel clip like the Cricket. I hate those integral clips!
 
The Gunting.

A 4 or maybe 4.5 inch blade, the handle should be same size as now.
