If you can have only one Busse, which one would you pick?
Would it change if that was the only quality knife you'd have? if so to what?
And if that was the only knife you could have, which would it be?
 
Assuming that I would still be allowed to pick other knives, I'd stick with my Wedding knife. Cause it's a Beeee-yoot!
If this was the only knife, I'd have to sadly pick something with serrations, like the Jungle assault, I believe a saw in the hand is worth 10 in the bush.
 
If it only had to be one It would have to be a .....Battle Mistress or maybe a warden
or a Active Duty , NO..NO I mean a Steel heart ..damn I'm not going to sleep tonight !
 
Oh, only one...that's easy, the "Chuckette'"

It will out chop the new "Hunters Axe" I just got today.
and cut the back of my left elbow with :confused:
 
My vote is for an AD.

It is a good balance of size and compactness. Large enough to get a quite a bit done but small enough for EDC.

Well for me it is the ABA-III. But if this was the only Busse I could have then I'd go a bit smaller, and that would be the current Meaner Streets design. And that would be my pick over the older Mean Streets because you can actually get one.:thumbup:
 
The same thing that has been on my belt since Oct '05 (Wilma), a SHBA. Slotted or smooth, I change them out every few months. The same MtMike sheath fits them both.

Before that, it was a rotation of AD, MS, and the SHBA.

I also carry a Sebbie for the light work.

I defy your premise!

Really, it's only been a year for me. I'm having too much fun snagging every Busse I can reach ... and afford.

Give me another six months, and I'll finally develop a guiding philosophy like Tony G. THEN I'll be able to answer your question.

[However, I don't think you'll be able to pry my FBMs and GWs out of my hands...]
