if you don't celebrate Christmas

On this subject, about 20 years back, I played the Grinch in a full musical production of How the Grinch Stole Christmas .... slicked back green hair, green skin, big belly, green felt outfit and all.


Not quite the same subject, but one song that always get a laugh out of me is, "If you don't love Jesus, go to hell!" by Willie Nelson.
 
Speaking of the Grinch - Uncle Si, believe it or not, does a pretty good rendition of it on the "Duck the Halls" cd. I figured they could sing some, at least a lot of the wives have really good voices, but I didn't know that I would enjoy the whole CD so much.

That was before You-tube. Someone shot a Beta video, but I have no idea where that is today ( and how I would play it).
I don't recall any photos, but my daughter may have one in the family stuff. I gave it all to her to organize. I'll ask Saturday when they all come over for, "Christmas morning at Grandpa's". We all get together the Saturday after Christmas and everyone wears PJs or lounging clothes. I fix a big breakfast buffet, and we all sit in the living room ( mostly on the floor) and open presents with a big fire going. It is far nicer than a few minutes on Christmas day. It makes us all remember how great Christmas was as a kid sitting on the floor Christmas morning.
